I legit will not say what my kids’ diets actually are.

Because it is NOT what you would call healthy.

And that gets me lots of “looks.”

Like a… McDonalds Happy Meal is the HEALTHIEST meal they will eat… Because it actually has protein.

Jonny is between the 3rd and 10th percentile for his height and weight. Always has been. There was a time he would NOT EAT FOOD.

ZERO preferred foods.

So ANY food was better than none. To keep him actually EATING.

So we have progressed from there.

And what looks like an AWFUL diet is actually a big improvement from what it used to be.

And Jonah… well, Jonah is actually MORE picky than Jonny, if you wanna get right down to it.

So yeah.

Whatever you want to tell me about their lack of nutritious food… yeah. I know.

and we’ll get there… eventually…

Or maybe we won’t…

But either way… it isn’t any of YOUR business.
