Jojo went fishing with Papa by himself for the first time today.

He went out on Papa’s boat and didn’t want to ever come back in. They must have been out there for 3 hours.

Papa said Jojo reeled in like 5 fish.

And there were nothing but giggles the whole time.

Do you know what a huge accomplishment that is?

Water safety. Boat safety. Fishing safety. Sitting still for hours on end. Staying out of the water. Using the fishing pole appropriately. Being careful of the fishing hook.

I’m so proud of Jojo!

He looks like he’s a wee bit proud of himself too.
