“When you want to be outside but that’s also where the bugs live.”

I caught Jojo peeking out of his impromptu “mini-tent.”

He would typically have the covers pulled up over his head. But sometimes you have to be able to “breathe” too…

You see, Jojo despises bugs, bees, and any other small “buzzing” creatures.

There is literally nothing that will drive his anxiety higher, faster than a house fly inside the house.

So just seeing one outside is enough to merit a full blanket tent setup in the law chair in our front yard.

But being outside just hanging out, bugs or no, is still the best thing ever.
