Jonah comes home after a long day and immediately asks to go in the back yard.
Some days his clothes stay on, some days they don’t.
Sometimes he plays with sand, pouring it down the railing… other times he throws rocks at the neighbor’s fence and into their yard.
When he comes inside, he tends to be mischievous and climbs the bannister or throw things.
Sometimes, I can redirect him. Sometimes I just have to let him unwind.
But every day, I remind myself how hard he has been working and I try to give him his space if he needs it…
