As with everything in an Ausome world, we need to take into account overstimulation in the learning environment of our kids.

Some things you don’t even think are issues may be hindering the learning process of your child.

Sensitivity to certain light, to certain sounds…

Sensitivity…to pretty much ANYTHING can quickly overcome any learning activity you are doing.

Even sensitivity to ‘YOU.’

For us, we were able to teach Jonah the word “space,” which he will use when he needs some time alone.

It has helped tremendously in our learning/teaching process.

Sometimes he wants us to play with him. Other times he just needs some space.
