We went to a friend’s birthday party a couple days ago.
Large get-togethers can be difficult for Jonah…AND for Mom and Dad. This one had a large body of water, open flames, on a neighborhood street with cars coming and going.
Luckily, there were rocks to throw in the water. Jonah had an absolute blast.
It was so much fun that we stayed WAY too late, and the kids went to bed much later than they should have.
But we are cramming as much fun into the last few days of summer vacation that we can.
