My wife was approached by another autism parent yesterday and told her all about the benefits of going “Gluten Free” with her Ausome kiddo.
I am not a big fan of “eating fads.” The oldest person in the world turned 117 last year and is Italian. She boasts of eating cookies, biscuits, and I’m sure lots of pastas and such.
Even in southeast Asia where the diet almost ALWAYS includes rice with every meal, you don’t see a lot of obesity and related harmful effects of “gluten.”
But does it have an effect on autism? That is something I have ZERO knowledge of.
That’s where you guys come in. š
