So Jojo discovered Roblox on his tablet. And I couldn’t be more happy.

Jonny was actually having a play date for his birthday with two of his friends and they were all playing on their tablets together.

So I figured it was a good a time as any to introduce actual “video games” to my 8-year old.

And wow!

On Roblox there are so many “sensory games.” There is a game where you are the marble in marble run. There’s one where you are a PLINKO game ball.

There are tons of interactive Encanto games and games where the object is to simply “destroy things.”

And the boys get to do it all together!

It took a little while for Jonah to get the hang of the controls, but now, he’s a pro at it.

Say what you will about Roblox or video games and screen time with kids in general, but the more socialization and inclusion Jonah feels, either in real life or through a virtual game, all the better.

It’s all #ausome to me.
