OMG you guys.
Jonah has been having the toughest time without his regular teacher at school. I’ve been getting calls home and emails/texts about Jonah’s behavior.
I was really worried that Jonah would regress back to hating school again. There was a time he would refuse to get dressed in the morning and would lock himself in the bathroom. I would have to physically carry him to his class.
Today, he verbally asked his teacher if she was back for good now. His success at school has become dependent on his routine with her.
“‘All done’ Miss [Teacher] is sick?”
Jojo wanted to make sure that his teacher is okay so he can be okay.
What a difference the right teacher makes!
