Do you ever just want to freeze a moment in time and stay there forever?

Here is Jonah, as happy as can be… on the swings in the snow…at the playground with nobody else around.

Just content.

Not another care or worry in the world.

Sometimes I envy him. Sometimes I wish I could go back to when I was a kid where all I had to worry about was getting home before it got too dark or too cold.

But I also know that sometime in the future, I will look back at today and think, “I wish I could go back to a simpler time.”

When all Jojo wanted to do was play on the swings in the snow…

….when he was still small enough for me to pick him up.

I wish I could “freeze” today.

I wish I could just stay in this moment forever.
