Jonah is in discomfort.
It’s so hard to figure out what’s going on since he can’t verbally communicate it to me.
He woke up just fine… the day hasn’t really been anything out of the ordinary.
But he came up to me holding the back of his neck and wanting a bandaid.
He wasn’t bleeding anywhere, but he wanted to put it on his neck.
So I did. That tells me his neck is hurting him.
He’s a tough kid, so it’s hard for me to gauge his level of pain.
But he’s occasionally ‘moaning’ or squealing in discomfort while holding the back of his neck….
And every time I try to get close to him, he yells at me, DADA, I WANT SPACE!”
This is unusual for him as usually, when he’s hurting he wants me to hold him.
I’m guessing he has a crick in his neck from sleeping on it weird, but i dunno.
