Focus on the good. Be thankful for what you have. I know some days are tough and I know many of your days are much tougher than mine. But if we always focus on the negative, we will be hard pressed to find the positives.
The child or adult in your care needs you to see beyond the bad and fight for them. That fight starts with you. Fight with all you have to let them see your hope and belief in them. I promise it will pay off.
