How is school going for you guys?
Jonny has been attending a new (old) school. He is back at the school we started at in preschool. He is in a program called “Academic Core” where he has more 1:1 time with his teachers… something he badly needs. There are only 9 kids in his class and a teacher + 2 paras.
Jonny has been through a lot in his academic career.
Before meeting his new teacher, I was recently going through all the paperwork I have for him the other day… IEP’s, Progress reports, Developmental reports from OT’s, PT’s, SLP’s… I was going to try to explain all the ‘stuff’ we have been through with Jonny’s education… and then I thought..
“You know what? … they’ll figure it out.”
And so far, he has been doing great. Time will tell if it will continue.
