Our current situation.

Jonah was sent home 20 minutes after school started because his lip is bleeding and he can’t stop picking at it… (and they can’t have bloody hands all over the classroom).

4 days ago his lips became chapped and started peeling. He has been picking at them ever since.

edit: he alternates between picking at it with his fingers and wiping with his sleeve.

It scabs over at night, but every morning, he wakes up and picks (and wipes) at it again until it bleeds again… and it continues for the whole day.

What do you guys do?
