Jonah went to his first birthday party (that isn’t family) today.

It was at McDonalds so he was in a familiar place.

But He did GREAT! He played on the big toy for a long while.

I did have to go and get him once. He was screaming and overwhelmed with so many kids.

But I got him some food and he sat in a booth and ate chicken nuggets and French fries (like he normally does).

He didn’t sit with the other kids, or watch present opening.

He didn’t have cake or ice cream…

It was pretty much the same as every visit to McDonalds except Jonah got a gift bag with little trinkets that he had fun playing with…

Except every kids gift bag had a whistle in it.

A dozen preschoolers. With whistles.

Oy…

Other than that, it was a blast!
