To all you childcare workers. If it seems like I am interrogating you, I am simply trying to alleviate my worries.
Sometimes I get extra-anxious…
Because my child can’t tell me when something is wrong…
Because my child can’t tell me what happened that day…
Because my child can’t tell me if he is hurt or being bullied while I’m away…
Because I don’t know if he has any friends…
I am putting an enormous amount of trust in you to keep my child safe and happy and your word is all I have.
Please understand, it’s not me, it’s YOU.
