Jonah has been getting much better about his boundaries and limitations. But he is a natural risk taker. Always has been.
The same week he learned to walk, he also walked down the stairs without holding a railing, with both arms full.
If he can’t reach something, he looks for something to climb to get to what he wants. Tables… counters…. retaining walls. He’ll pull things over to use as foot holds.
The problem with his risk-taking is obviously always going to be the danger.
Once, when he was running around church, he made it through the entrance doors and into the busy parking lot. So now I have to chase him every time.
And then there’s being around water…(yall already know) đŸ˜¬
