Bedtime. I’m laying on the floor holding the door shut so Jojo doesn’t get out. Jojo’s next to me.

“Let’s go play!! Let’s go play!”

Jojo keeps repeating it. “Let’s go play!”

I think he’s scripting something he learned at school. He’s also getting adept at verbal imitation to the point you could almost call it echolalia. (This is HUGE progress by the way)

“Let’s go play!”

I don’t respond.

…and now he’s driving toy cars all over my face. Ouch.
