A special “Thank you” to my family for sneaking in the house when I was off running a half marathon and cleaning the whole place, and for taking the kids overnight so I could concentrate on running and for making goody-bags for us for at the finish line.

This is the second time they have snuck in and cleaned the place this year while they were simultaneously watching the kids.

I couldn’t have asked for a better family, or a better birthday present.
