When someone tells you your Ausome child has “too much screen time.” (video)

I don’t even know where to start with the advantages Jonah has gained because of things he watches through a “screen.” It’s not just for entertainment.

He watches videos of himself on my phone and mimics his own behavior, which can counteract regression if the action he has lost was filmed.

He has learned speech therapy and imitation through Gemiini, also through a screen.

He sings to his favorite movies and shows, and does not tolerate other people singing in real life.

It keeps him from melting down… on a plane… in a car… at the dinner table… in any other place he has to be where he cannot be active.

I know its not EVERYONE’S parenting style, but Jonah has made huge gains from learning things through a screen.
