I have to give a big shoutout to all you autism grandparents.
We went camping last weekend. My wife headed out Thursday with the kids while I had to stay back and work.
My dad drove down 4 and a half hours to help my wife out (and it was a good thing because she took ill right when she got there), and my Dad and My wife’s mother chased our kids around all day.
My kids both love their “Papa.”
My dad was only able to stay for the day and had to drive all the way back on Friday. He had already left by the time I got there.
I know my kids can be a handful so a big thank you to family for stepping in.
