This darn crystal light has some fine print I was NOT happy to read after I gave Jonny some at bedtime.

Jonny was running circles around our piano bench yelling “IM HYPERRRR! Too much sugar! Too much sugar! Too much sugar.”

So I gave him some melatonin. I gave Jonah some too for good measure.

Knocked em both out in 15 minutes.

Caffeines ability to make stay awake ain’t got NUTTIN on melatonin’ ability to straight knock you out COLD.
