So the good and bad of melatonin… it does put your child to sleep on time.
But now it’s 3:15 am and he is up and ready to go. He’s been up since 1:30am
Which means he’s gonna take another late nap today. And then try to stay up late. Which will make me want to give him more melatonin at bedtime and …we do it all again tomorrow.
Yuck.
