We tried Benadryl tonight to help Jojo fall asleep.
It’s not something we plan to use regularly to help with bedtime, in fact it is discouraged.
But we are taking a long trip on an airplane very..VERY soon and Benadryl can effect people VERY differently. We wanted to know if it is even something we could have in our “travel arsenal.”
This is our “trial run.”
On one hand, it may knock them right out and put them right to sleep for hours.
The “other” thing it might do is the exact OPPOSITE.
Things like getting out of bed and running around upstairs… jumping in our bed… back to his bed… kicking the wall over and over…starting an hour and a half ago…
I’m not going to say which way it effects Jonah, but he took it 2 hours ago and he ain’t asleep yet.
I swear this trip has me in knots already.
